Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility – Things you need to know:

  • Available to new loans paid out from Monday 11 November 2024 until Monday 16 December 2024
  • Minimum loan amount is $3.000
  • Minimum loan term is two (2) years
  • Interest rates from 10.95% pa to 20.95% pa
  • Subject to Oxford Finance terms, conditions, loan establishment fee $174.00, direct costs of up to $30.24, monthly account maintenance fee $6.00, and normal lending criteria, including suitability and affordability
  • Offer applies only to customers not introduced by intermediaries
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn on Tuesday 17 December 2024 and will be notified by email or phone.

The competition:

  1. There are three (3) Prezzy Card prizes to be won – 1st prize: $1,500 Prezzy Card, 2nd prize:
    $1,000 Prezzy Card, 3rd prize: $500. Three winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received by 2pm, 16 December 2024. The prize winners will be notified by email or phone no later than 5pm, 17 December 2024. The prize will be sent via courier to the winners agreed postal address within 30 days of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond by20 December 2024 we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and draw another winner. Oxford Finance’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash. Oxford Finance may substitute an alternative equivalent prize/s without notice.
  2. Oxford Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), which is suffered or arising out of or in connection with the prize draws, the taking or using of a prize, or any other act or omission (whether negligent or not) of Oxford Finance, or for entries not received, except for any liability which cannon be excluded by law.
